Heart of the Region

We appreciate the entrepreneurial families who are inextricably linked with their region and actively contribute to its prosperity through their activities. We want to highlight the specifics of the family business, where pride in regional roots and patriotism play a key role. The award in this category should be an example of a family that, through its connection to the region, inspires others and brings significant benefits to the local community.

Heart of the Family

This category celebrates women - mothers who are often the silent but indispensable support of entrepreneurial families. We highlight women who not only support their partners and founders but also build solid family backgrounds and nurture future generations. The award in this category is an example of Women who, through their dedication, motivation, and care, stand behind the harmony of the family and the growth of the company.

Heart of the Future

This category recognizes young successors to family businesses who respectfully follow their family's traditions and values, but at the same time bring innovative approaches and bold visions. We highlight next-generation leaders who can combine respect for the past with modern leadership and move the family business toward long-term prosperity.
