This time, we focus on a topic that has long resonated in family businesses. Protection of property and family relationships.
Business families need clear principles for long-term wealth management. That is why the family constitution was created. In this discussion we will recall the process of its preparation and Czech practice. Experience shows us that the fund structure may not provide for family unification. What is the difference between an endowment and a trust fund? Why is it good to start with a family constitution before setting up any fund? This and more will be answered by our expert Stanislav Servus with his guests from the ranks of business families.
In addition, we will traditionally focus on the role of family companies in the development of the region, so you can look forward to the discussion of regional entrepreneurs with the governor.
