This time, we focus on a topic that has long resonated in family businesses. Protection of property and family relationships.
Business families need clear principles for long-term wealth management. That is why the family constitution was created. In this discussion we will recall the process of its preparation and Czech practice. Experience shows us that the fund structure may not provide for family unification. What is the difference between an endowment and a trust fund? Why is it good to start with a family constitution before setting up any fund?
