Topic I. Panel Discussion: Motivation and retention of managers - the key to the success of family businesses
We will open the topic of employee motivation from a legal point of view and setting rewards and benefits so that they are effective and effective. Aspects and risks of undemanding components of wages, how to set them correctly will be analyzed. You will learn practical legal advice that will help you increase the loyalty and satisfaction of executives without having a negative impact on the financial stability of the firm. In addition, you will learn how to properly dissolve the employment relationship with members of top management in case of non-fulfillment of duties or moral deficiencies, with emphasis on legal aspects and company culture. In the workshop, the Valíček spouses will share their examples of good practice.
